In “Client Safety: What Does ‘Line of Sight’ Mean?”, Pollack examines the legal implications of the mandate to keep clients in a “line of sight” when caring for them.
In “Adoption Attorneys and Human Service Departments: Working Better Together,” Pollack interviews a half dozen seasoned adoption attorneys, all members of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, on how to better the working relationship between attorneys and public human service departments.
