Dr. Lisa Rosh, assistant professor of management at YU’s Sy Syms School of Business, published an article in the October 2013 volume of with Dr. Lynn Offermann of the George Washington University. Harvard Business Review is a premier business journal, accepting less the 2% of articles submitted.
Titled Rosh and Offermann’s article examines common mistakes executives make when they’re trying to be authentic and offers a plan for moving toward more-effective self-disclosure.
