Dr. Linda M. Shires, professor and chair of English at , gave one of three invited workshops at the annual three day international conference of the on November 11th in Montreal. Her presentation, “Interart Analysis and the Question of Hardy’s Poetry” focused on two kinds of interart comparisons in Wessex Poems and the Elegies of 1912-13.
