Dr. Seng's research aims to harness the power of behavior change to improve the lives of people living with migraine disease. Her federally-funded lab studies psychological and social factors that facilitate or interfere with management of headache and migraine disorders and develops both individual and highly-scalable interventions to improve the quality of life of people living with migraine disease.
Her lab accepts students with the following areas of interest: headache disorders, chronic pain, cognition (e.g., neuropsychology), sleep, stress, treatment adherence, quantitative methods and measurement, ecological momentary assessment and behavioral randomized clinical trials.
Her teaching interests are health psychology, statistics and psychometrics, and cognitive assessment.
